How to Use Coil Nails
Pallets are frequently used in logistics, and coil nails are mainly used to secure wooden pallets. They are highly effective and favored by logistics companies for this purpose, as they are primarily used to fasten wooden pallets together.
Usage Instructions:
When using coil nails, the most common tool is a coil nail gun, which greatly increases efficiency in pallet manufacturing. The pressure setting on the nail gun should be adjusted based on the material being nailed and the size of the nails. It is important to start with a lower air pressure and gradually increase it until the desired nailing effect is achieved. Before using the tool, always check the air pressure to prevent potential damage to the tool.
For fast nailing, the required air pressure for the nail gun must be maintained; otherwise, the tool may lack sufficient power to perform continuous nailing. Exceeding the recommended working pressure can cause significant damage to the coil nail gun's buffer, head valve, seals, and driver pins. Therefore, always select the appropriate coil nail gun based on the type of wood being used.
If you encounter particularly hard wood, such as composite wood, consider adjusting the pressure settings accordingly to ensure smooth operation.
